- View our website on your tablet or laptop for the best photo experience;
- Buy a Thai SIM card at the airport, we usually use AIS;
- If you are staying on the mainland, rent a car. This is a convenient way to get around. Don’t forget to bring your international driver’s license;
- Be spontaneous and do not plan your vacation. On the east coast it may rain while it is a sunny day on the Lower Gulf and South Andaman. Check the weather apps;
- For travel within Thailand we use 12GoAsia, using the app Grab is a good way to arrange your taxi!
Note:
- The cleanliness of beaches varies due to weather and seasons. A beach can be super clean on the first day and after windy days there can be rubbish along the shoreline. I’ve been to beaches that were perfectly clean on a first visit, and less clean on the next visit. Most of our hotels on our database clean their part of the beach.
